Vanessa Goertzen is handy.  And resourceful.  And probably a bit determined.  This block is titled Fixer Upper because lives in one.  The first month in her old-new home was spent ripping out carpets, linoleum, baseboards and old wallpaper.  After painting and a whole lot of DIY sweat-equity, Vanessa created a home that she loves, that reflects her taste.
